John Mendoza Whitney at Ten Months

Today (September 2, 2010), John is 392 weeks, 3 days old.

John enjoyed playing with the kindling his dad split on their New Year's trip to Donner Lake.

On October 26th, John was baptized at Trinity Presbyterian Church of West Sacramento. Rev. Skip Herbert performed the baptism so Steve could just be "Dad."

"Merry Christmas!" We took our first family Christmas picture in the living room. For some reason Johnny didn't want to wear the Santa hat we had picked out for him.

Here he is at his great-grandma's cabin at Donner Lake. It was nice and warm inside so John mostly wore his jammies.

But there was a whole lot of snow outside. Here he is with Mom down by the lake. It snowed pretty much the whole time we were there.
